All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email nwinksales @gmail.com to submit your claim. In the case of an error, 100% of items must be returned to Northwest Ink or the reprint will not be allowed. Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds.
Northwest Ink will replace items due to defects in workmanship at their discretion. Exchanges for unsatisfied fit or sizing in styles ordered will not be accepted.
Northwest Ink has the right to change prices and terms and conditions without notice.
